The Four by Three Shooting Drill

1 min read

Here's a fun drill you can shoot on the range or during a dryfire session. The Four by Three Drill will help you improve your strong and support-hand shooting, and get your reloads in shape!

To shoot the drill:

From the holster or low ready, draw and Fire:

Two shots at 1-4 with both hands

Reload, then fire two shots at 1-4 strong-hand only

Reload, then fire 2 shots at 1-4, support-hand only

Repeat 2-3 times

Remember, if you're dry firing, make sure to follow all the safety protocols! Before performing any dry fire drills, make sure that your gun is unloaded (double check) and there is no ammunition in your magazines or anywhere in the room.
