For order status, please look for your order confirmation email - click the link in that email and you'll be able to see real-time status and tracking information if your order has shipped.
How long will your order take to ship? Please check the order processing time on the product page of the item/s you ordered. If you contact us for status updates, we will not have any additional information for you if your order is still within this processing timeframe. We also do not send out any updates while your order is in process. By the end of the indicated processing timeframe, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details.
After we send you the initial shipment notification, we will send an update on the day of delivery, and we'll also email you after the item is delivered.

Before contacting us, please review our detailed return info and policy. At the bottom of that page, there is a return request form. That is always the first step in setting up a return. Once we receive it, we will respond with additional details and the correct return address (our items ship from a variety of locations around the country).
We are located in Las Vegas, NV and we're available by phone, chat or email, Monday through Friday, 8am - 2pm Pacific time. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays. We do not have a brick & mortar store, just an online store.
