They're made in the USA and precision-machined to provide a rock-steady platform that securely and accurately indexes all your rail attachments.
ORIGINAL SERIES FEATURES:
Free-float handguard milled from 6061-T6 aluminum.
Includes proprietary mounting system.
Outside Diameter 2.00", Inside Diameter 1.75". This will work with any low profile gas block.
Stock Lengths of 7", 9", 12" and 15".
Drilled and tapped full length for tac rail on top and bottom (screw size 10/32) of all designs. Some designs also drilled & tapped at 3:00 and 9:00 positions.
AR-15 Barrel nut is included (any armorer's wrench will work for installation)
Weight varies slightly depending on the design. But 12" handguards are roughly 8-9 oz and 15" handguards are roughly 10-11 oz. The barrel nut is 4.5 oz. The Hex Ultralight is the lightest design (15" is under 11oz including the barrel nut).
Compatibility:
AR-10 Barrel Nuts, RPR Barrel Nuts and Dolos-versions available.
Optional wrench (+$28): This includes 1/2″ and 3/8″ openings for your torque wrench of choice. If you order anything other than the included AR-15 barrel nut for the Original Series handguard, you will need to add the wrench
Will fit Airsoft if it has a standard mil-spec threaded upper - the standard is 1.250″ x 18 tpi
Original Series Compatible with our Heat Shields when used with AR-15 barrel nut
For .308 or AR-10 - add our wrench, which will also work with AR-15.

Full-length M-LOK slots on the bottom (no mounting points at the 3:00 and 9:00 positions)
Outside Diameter 1.80", Inside Diameter 1.55"

Get your handguard raw (ready to paint), or add color from either the Gun Candy line or the Cerakote line. Only raw or solid black handguards are returnable.
RAW - Allow 1-3 weeks for production
Handguard is sandblasted and ready for you to paint.
TRADITIONAL CERAKOTE COLOR (+$35 per color)- Allow 3-6 weeks for production
All H-Series Cerakote colors are available. This is the only color series suitable for firearms.
We need the Cerakote color name & number for the color/s you select, so browse the color swatches on the Cerakote site using the link below and locate that info. Then just enter your desired color name & number in the field provided when you make your options selections.
Black is only included in the handguard price if your handguard is one solid color (ie. standard Armor Black). If black is incorporated into a multi-color design, this requires custom application, so black is not included - it becomes one of your custom color selections.

Slim Series handguards’ top rail will be Cerakoted the same color as the main body
2. NEW! Battleworn Finish
Black is always the base color with an accent color of your choice.
Colors are blended together to create a "battleworn" distressed look.
3. Specific Color Application
You can select up to 5 colors for application to specific areas.
Just list your color selections and let us know in the notes box exactly what color you want where.
Remember that Black is not included, it counts as an extra color in any multi-color application
This type of application is not possible with all designs - we will let you know if your request is not workable.
NEW! GUN CANDY COLOR - Allow 3-6 weeks for production
The Gun Candy color application will cover the entire handguard in the same color. GunCandy is a color and metallic flake additive that gets mixed with Cerakote clear coat. This produces amazing color results. GunCandy has no impact on the integrity of the Cerakote coating. The handguard patterns below are for Gun Candy color reference only. These patterns are from the Offhand Gear line, available here.
