The 3x5 Drill

1 min read

The 3x5 Drill: This is a great drill for improving your accuracy at different distances. To shoot it, staple or tape a 3x5 index card to your target and place the target at 3 yards. Shoot six untimed rounds into the card -  the goal is to get all 6 hits on the card. Once you are consistently getting all 6 hits on the card, move your target back to 5 yards. To make the drill more challenging, use 3 cards and perform the drill freestyle, strong-hand only, and weak-hand only.
