From the holster or low ready, draw and fire:
String 1: 2 shots on 3, then 2 shots on 1, 2, 4, and 5
String 2: 2 shots on 1, 2, 4, and 5, then 2 shots on 3

Before performing any dry fire drills, make sure that your gun is unloaded (double check) and there is no ammunition in your magazines or anywhere in the room.
