Josie is a distressed leather crossbody, crafted with premium 100% full grain leather. With time, the natural oils in this leather will develop a beautiful, unique patina.

Will The Gun Fit?
All purses on the site will have dimensions for the gun compartment. Always allow at least a half inch of clearance at the zipper.
Example: Gun compartment is 8.5” W x 7” H.
If your gun is less than 8" long (end to end) and less than 6.5" tall, it should fit.

The nylon/elastic purse holsters that most manufacturers include with the bags are a place to start, but they will not be a good fit for many guns.
Your gun won't "snap in" - these holsters have zero retention. If you tip the holster upside down, the gun will slip out. We strongly recommend getting a kydex purse holster that's molded for your specific gun model, with snap-in retention.
You'll get several loose adhesive velcro sheets with it, so you can attach it however you prefer inside your bag (or any surface).

Originally I ordered the Zoey because I loved the shape but the "yellow" shown online turned out to be a terra cotta color. Gungodess was very responsive and I received a full refund quickly. I'm very happy with the Josie, I love the leather (love the smell of leather:!), the number of pockets & how much it holds. The conceal compartment is tight for my S & W 9mm M&P. This is not for fast draw but that's OK for me. The leather may give a bit over time.I also like that the strap is strong. This appears to be very well made and I expect it will last for years. I think this is a fantastic value!

Fast shipping! Beautifully packaged! Love the color of this soft leather purse. Lining is a nice strong material. Plenty of room for my 9 mm gun and lots of extra pockets with plenty of room for all my necessities. Would highly recommend it!
