The order processing timeframe is listed above the "Add to Cart" button on every product page, and we do keep this current. Many of our items are made by small "mom & pop" suppliers, and made to order. If your product displays a longer processing time, we promise it will be worth the wait!
We don't send updates while your order is in process. But before we get to the end of the displayed processing timeframe, your order will be handed to a mail service.
We will always send you an email with tracking info, so you'll know exactly when your order is on the way and you'll be able to keep an eye on it during transit.
If you order multiple items, some of which are in stock and some of which take longer to process, we will send multiple shipments as your items become available. You'll get an email every time a shipment goes out.
We will also email you on the day your order gets delivered.
At checkout, you'll see all available shipping methods and estimated delivery time-frames. Please keep in mind that the only shipping methods with guaranteed delivery are 2nd Day Air and Overnight. If you MUST have it by a specific date and you're short on time, these will be your only guaranteed options. All other delivery time-frames are just estimates.
Keep in mind that the shipping method you select does not change the order processing time. These shipping timeframes kick in after your products are ready to ship. In general:
USPS Ground Advantage (ground): Delivers within 2 - 5 business days
USPS Priority Mail (airmail): Delivers within 2-3 business days
Fedex/UPS Ground: Delivers within 2 - 5 business days.
Fedex/UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers on the 2nd business day, guaranteed.
Fedex/UPS Overnight: Delivers on the next business day, guaranteed.
