Made from beautiful, dark espresso brown pull-up leather, this shoulder bag is the perfect size for a busy day or a weekend away. It's a carry-all that gets even better with age. Ideal for travel, too, as the padded gun compartment fits small electronics and laptops!
Features:
Gun Compartment:
Bag Dimensions: 15"W x 12"H x 6"D
Gun Compartment Dimensions:13"W x 9"H with 8" side zipper opening and full length top zipper opening
Handle Drop Length: 10.75"
All purses on the site will have dimensions for the gun compartment. Always allow at least a half inch of clearance at the zipper.
Example: Gun compartment is 8.5” W x 7” H. If your gun is less than 8" long (end to end) and less than 6.5" tall, it should fit.
The nylon/elastic purse holsters that most manufacturers include with the bags are a place to start, but they will not be a good fit for many guns.
Your gun won't "snap in" - these holsters have zero retention. If you tip the holster upside down, the gun will slip out. We strongly recommend getting a kydex purse holster that's molded for your specific gun model, with snap-in retention.
The two holsters below ship fast, and have awesome color choices available.
The bag is pretty good but definitely could use some improvements. A shoulder strap would have been great. Lost opportunity to add pockets to the front and back of the outside of the purse for convenience. It could also be a few inches wider. All in all, it’s just ok.
Here's some guidance on how to choose the right concealed carry purse, including which features and accessories you need to look for when shopping.
There are some critical things you need to know before you carry a gun in a purse. When done correctly, it can be a good option - just follow some basic rules and guidelines.
