This holster has a flat, Velcro-lined kydex mounting plate on the back, and is designed for use inside bags or packs.
It could also be mounted to a hard surface using both velcro sides. The holster includes the hook side (the rough side) attached to the back of the holster and a loose sheet of adhesive-backed loop (soft side).

WHAT DRAW DO YOU NEED?
With the gun inserted, a right-hand draw holster will have the velcro (flat side) on the gun's left side. A left-hand draw holster will have the velcro (flat side) on the gun's right side.
Mimic your draw from wherever it is that you're going to attach this holster. Some applications, especially surface applications eg. attached on the outside of a vehicle center console on the drivers side, would need an opposite side draw than what your normal strong side draw would be. Ask us if you need guidance on this before you order.
Your holster comes with hook velcro attached. We love our collection of Sling Packs and Waist Bags. But the flat back holster will work with any of the bags on our site, as we only offer bags that have loop Velcro-lined gun compartments. Upload your own pattern and make it unique! Just make sure it's a repeating pattern - ie. no logos or single images. Upload a high resolution file - as high as possible, for the best printed result. We'll get in touch before processing your order, if your image isn't workable. Or just email it to us for review before you order. Custom designs take longer to make - shipping will be within 2 weeks. They are also not returnable.
A heat transfer process infuses the pattern into the kydex, somewhat like a tattoo - it's very durable and will never wear off! For best color resolution, all patterns are printed onto a light kydex base color (arctic white, grey or tan, unless otherwise indicated). The base color is selected to best match the printed pattern. So for holster products, the edges and inside of the holster will be the base color.
