The holster is made of military grade elastic. It is normal for elastic to "relax" a little after wearing and laundering. Choose a size that is snug but not too tight.

I absolutely love the garter holster. It fits perfectly and very securely. I do not have a garter belt but I don't think it necessary as this holster isn't going anywhere. Very quick shipping internationally. So so pleased with this product.
It could use garter suspenders to keep it from slipping, especially when worn over slippery nylons.

The Garter Holster, my new favorite holster, I should have bought it a long time ago. I would give this product 5 stars; however, I’m giving it 4 for one reason, the holster needs a snap strap to ensure ones weapon stays in place. After 8 hours of carrying my weapon in the holster it did move, something I don’t like, to avoid this I’ll add my own strap. Other than that the holster is very comfortable & stays in place (I did purchase & wear the guarder belt which I highly recommend). The product is well made and great quality. As you can tell by the picture, no one knows I’m armed, mission accomplished.
