HOW TO CHANGE OUT THE LENSES:

Your glasses come with 3 sets of lenses. Remove any protective blue film from the lenses prior to insertion.  You do have to bend the lenses slightly to fit.  The lenses are safety rated so they are flexible and will not break...roll the lenses toward the nosepiece to insert and away from the nosepiece to remove.
