RETURNS


Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days from the original purchase date, with some restrictions. All returns must be authorized by contacting customer service:

At the time of authorization, we will provide you with a return address, which may vary depending on the product.

Return Paperwork

  • Please complete and enclose a Returns Form with your return. Contact us if you have any trouble accessing the form. Returns submitted without a return form may cause a processing and refund delay.
  • All returned items must be in the condition that they were in when you received them. Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Non-Apparel items must be unopened and unused.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and with all relevant documentation enclosed.
  • If we sent you any free promotional items with your order, these must also be returned, or we reserve the right to charge you the full retail cost of these products.
  • Package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. You are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • After we receive and inspect your package, we will issue a refund for the cost of your item less the original shipping fees.
  • We recommend that you ship your item with a carrier that provides tracking information as well as insurance. We will not be held liable for, nor will we refund or replace any products lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of wrong item(s) shipped/damaged goods.

Exchanges

In order to expedite the returns process, we do not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange any items you ordered from us, the quickest way to do this is to simply place a new order for the desired item. That way, you avoid having to wait for us to receive your return. Next, return the original merchandise by following the instructions above. When we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, you will be refunded for the original order.

Gift Return

If you are returning a gift item, you will need to provide us with the purchaser’s information so that we may find the order in our system. If you were not the original purchaser, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Made to Order/Personalized/Customized Products/Undergarments

If your product has any kind of personalization, customization or was made to your specifications, unless there is a manufacturer defect, our policy is that the sale is final and no refunds will be made. 

However, we encourage you to contact us if you would like to return one of these items.  Depending on the level of personalization, we may be able to facilitate the return. 

Undertech concealment shorts are considered underwear and may not be returned.  All sales are final. Defective merchandise claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

Returns Mailing Address

The return address depends on the product. Most items will come back to your warehouse, but some may need to go back to the manufacturer. Do not use the return address on your order package.Please contact us before mailing any item back.

Our returns department inspects each and every product that is returned. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if there is evidence that apparel has been worn or washed, if there is obvious wear and tear, if protective or original packaging has been defaced in any manner or is absent upon return, or if related warranty paperwork, inserts attached coupons and/or instruction pamphlets are absent.
