Get one color, or mix-and-match!
Remove plates prior to cleaning with solvents and oils. Some minimal "shedding" is normal at first, but will diminish. Durability will depend on the amount of use and abuse.
These are not recommended if you regularly drop your mags on the ground, eg. if you participate in shooting sports requiring speed reloads. Repeatedly dropping your mags on the ground will gradually chip away at the finish on the plates. These plates are recommended only if you normally remove your magazines without dropping them, eg. recreational shooters or sport shooters doing tactical reloads.
We will be adding base plate images - in the meantime, images shown are the backstraps - colors available for base plates are identical to the solid backstrap colors.

I absolutely loved them when I got them. Sparkly and wonderful. As a competitive shooter they got dropped a lot on concrete and dirt. This wore them out pretty quickly. If you just go to the range and take care of your stuff I am sure they will last for a long time.
