I checked out as a guest. Where can I check the status of my order?
If you did not create a customer account during checkout, there will be no record of your order that you can access, even if you create an account later. Contact us to check order status. Whether you checked out as a guest or not, you will still get an email with tracking info when your order ships.
When will my order ship?
Check the individual product pages of the items you ordered. If an item is in stock, it will say “Ships within 1 business day” just above the “Add to Cart” button. This is the same area where you will see what the processing time on an item is, if it is not in stock.
Shipping timeframe for the Flashbang bra holster, Betty IWB holster and Ava IWB holster:
On those product pages, when you click the dropdown menu to select your model, you will see current inventory status. The in stock models ship within 1 business day. Left hand draw models are special orders, and ship within 20 business days. Out of stock models - we receive inventory weekly. Email us if your model is out of stock, and we will let you know when it is available to be ordered.
I have multiple items in my order, one of which is in stock and one which has a 7 business day processing time. Will they ship separately?
No. We charge for one shipment only. All ordered items will ship together. If you need the in stock item faster, we suggest you order it separately.
My international shipment does not show any tracking info. Did it ship?
Yes, it shipped when we emailed you with the tracking info. Most international customers select USPS first class mail as it is the cheapest method. But there is no tracking available on first class international mail. They will sometimes scan it when it leaves the USA, and they will always scan it when it gets delivered, but not in between. As explained on the “International Shipping” page of the website, first class international mail goes by ground, so it is a very slow service and can take many weeks to arrive. So expect to wait roughly 6 weeks for such shipments to arrive.
I entered the wrong zip code and now my orders shows that it is being returned to sender, can you reship when you get it?
We can, but you will need to pay for shipping again. In such a case, we will suggest that you place a new order for the item, entering the correct address, and then when the original shipment shows up, we will refund you (minus original shipping cost)

ORDERING
Can I call or fax in my order?
Concerned about giving your credit card number or personal information over the internet? We don't blame you! We use the highest level of encryption possible to prevent the theft of your information. The blue address bar that you see when you are on the checkout pages, and the lock on the bottom right corner of the page are your assurance of this. However, we realize that some people still would prefer not to send their sensitive information over the internet. To place orders via fax, print out our Fax Order Form.
You can check your total costs including shipping by selecting the items you want on the web site & adding them to your cart. Then go to the checkout section and enter your zip code. You will be able to see your total including shipping without having to enter a credit card number. We add sales tax for all orders billing or shipping to Nevada.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit card. We can also make arrangements to receive a money order. We are not accepting American Express at this time. No credit or debit card? Call us at (866)957-1117 and we will figure out the best way to handle your order.
When will you charge my card?
Your card will be charged at the time that you place your order, even if you order a made-to-order or special order item that will take longer to ship. Shipping timeframes are noted on the product detail page. You can cancel your order for a full refund up until the time that it ships.
Can I add to an order once it's been submitted?
Possibly. In general, orders are sent immediately to our warehouse and suppliers for fulfillment. Many orders will ship the same day that they are placed, so it may be difficult to find and stop your order. However, please contact us and we will do our best.
Can I use more than one coupon code?
Unfortunately, our cart is set up to only accept one coupon code at a time. If you are lucky enough to have more than one coupon code, you will need to decide which one would give you the best deal. It's a good thing we have lots of great items, so come back and shop again, and use those extra coupons!
Why am I having trouble creating an account and/or submitting an order?
To create an account or place an order on our site, your browser must be set to accept cookies. A cookie lets us recognize you the next time you fill out an order on our site. To prevent your personal information from being read by other web sites, our cookie is a unique, encrypted string that contains no personal information. You may purge our cookie from your browser at any time. However, you will have to receive a new cookie if you wish to place an order through our web site. We use cookies only as an aid to process your order.

Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax?
Yes, if your billing address is in the state of Nevada, OR if your shipping address is in the state of Nevada.

How can I return items?
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or credit. Certain products cannot be returned or refunded. Please review our full Returns Policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, we are working on it, and hope to bring you this options in the near future.
