For order status, please log in to your account, where you will be able to see real-time status and tracking information (tracking number is available if your order has shipped). If you did a "guest" checkout, that means an account was not set up, and order history will not be available online. You should have received an email with your order confirmation, and you will receive an email with tracking number when your order ships. The link in your "shipped" email will allow you to track your order.
